Write in press spelling (the way newspapers and everyone on Tulpar writes: ch sh ng kh). Get the official letters and the old Cyrillic. Rules from the 1997 law and a grammar book. Not perfect: y to ı is a guess, and Russian loans keep Russian spelling in Cyrillic, which the machine can't know.
