Hi everybody and welcome to my Kök Bel page!!!
My name is Chynara, I am 19, I study at TSU (economics, boring :) and I love Kök Bel more than anything in the world. My papa had the cassette Talas Sunrise in the car and I grew up singing "Talas Üchün Chap" before I could read.
Kök Bel ("Blue Pass") is the first country-folk band of Irad: banjo, guitar, kyl-kyak and komuz, and songs about horses, roads and Talas. They are not famous in America but they should be!!!

06.2014 — REUNION!! See above!!!!!
11.2008 — I will not update the site anymore, sorry. The band is gone and I am married now :) I leave the page for the fans.
02.2008 — Nobody knows if Kök Bel will play again. Talant-aga wrote in the guestbook (!!!) that "the road is closed for now".
03.2007 — Concert in the Philharmonic CANCELLED. Stay safe everybody.
12.2006 — I saw them at the New Year concert at the Officers' House, Bakyt-aga signed my cassette!!!
